Good Or Bad? Gandhi and Mallya!

I am not sure if it is Good Or Bad! Gandhi-ji's belongings are now in Vijay Mallya's possession and will be handed over to India soon.

At first instance, I was glad and felt good. Then I started thinking how those belongings were not in India but elsewhere. Indian governments all efforts went futile and those heritage items were put on 'auction'!!!! Vijay Mallya, not for the first time, brought back those heritage items for 1.8 million dollars.

Bravo! Salute to Mallya.

Now Good or Bad...... Mallya is famous for his liquor business.... Kingfisher!! And so many other businesses!... shall I talk about Kingfisher calender? Gandhi-ji.... bapu-ji were against alcoholic beverages!! Ironically king of liquors brought back his (Gandhi-ji's), now heritage, items back to India.

Time has changed and most of us uses alcohol with caution..... shall we say cheers on return of Gandhi-ji's belongings to India??

Mallya also has got Tipu Sultan's Sword and other items back to India....... First up all, these items are stolen or looted from India and we kept mum!! .... Kohinoor..... it is still not back to India..... Mallya, please try for this item too!! I am not fan of Kingfisher however if yo are doing these things then I will buy at least one bottle of Kingfisher for these good reasons!!

Bravo!!

Hi Abhi,

The truth that POWER has defied the weak and the cultured and moral-driven societies to ruins - remains one of the bitter truth of human / animal life. They who took these signs of our past from us had power...and those who got it back and will earn respect and fame this time by DONATING it to the motherland , both had and have power. Sometimes the power was of numbers and some time of money and some time of artillery.

Aristotle had said "the strength of character defines the outcome of to be" It' sad to say but Bharat still lacks the moral fibre and the strength of character. Our beurocratic system is rotten and needs pure selfless efforts from the youth of India.I will drive you all back to "Rang de Basanti's" core theme - aagey bado aur jimmedaari lo- badalney ki..
Mr.Maalya is a businessman, he will sell human flesh "Flesh trade" by making swimsuits calenders and sell liquor to make profits ..and then try to colour his image as a nationalite by getting these things in his posession.Maslow's theory says that when a man has achieved the basic needs , the last need he strives for is to become known..to be remebered after his death...Mr Maalya by gaining doctorate and buying this momentos is just satisfying his primal last need.

And lastly Kohinoor is now nothing of what it used to be in size and its not for auction or sale...

Oh ya..... true!

Why shall we bother who and how our pride is brought back!! With the theme of Kurukshetra.... sirf karm karate jao.... as long as evils are defeated… don't think of ethics and logics!!

One will have different point of view.... for looking at the situation. And I am not here to disagree, there can be another angle too!

Truth has many faces than one!
